Kalyandurg, : Kalyandurg MLA Amilineni Surendra Babu stated that youth who dedicate their lives to serving the nation are true role models for society. He congratulated and felicitated young men who were selected in the Indian Army recruitment and are ready to take up the responsibility of safeguarding the nation.
The MLA said that serving the country is a matter of great pride and that the commitment and dedication shown by the youth of the region is highly commendable. He expressed happiness that 23 candidates from SLN Defence Academy, located at Ontimiddi in Kalyandurg town, were selected for the Indian Army this year, bringing recognition and honor to the constituency.
The selected candidates met the MLA at a public platform, where he felicitated them and conveyed his best wishes. He remarked that such achievements would serve as an inspiration to many other young aspirants in the region.
The candidates selected for the Indian Army include Naveen Kumar, Purandar, Ajay, Phani Kumar, Jagan, Chandu, Vijay, Janardhan, Chinna Rayudu, Ramesh, Srikanth, Simhadri, Hemanth, Vamsi, Venkatesulu, Rajashekar, Mallikarjuna, Mohammed Basha, Raghu Nayak, Vishnu Teja Nayak, Balu, and Ganesh.
MLA Amilineni Surendra Babu assured that more youth from the region should come forward to serve the nation in the future and that the government would extend all necessary support to encourage such aspirations.
Defence academy management, local leaders, and family members of the selected candidates were present at the event.
