Hyderabad-based lawyer Komatireddy Koteswari (@Swathi) has made serious allegations in a public statement regarding her family's property dispute, focusing on the negligence and collusive politics of several high-ranking officials in the Revenue and Police departments.
Grandfather's and Father's Records Disappeared!
According to the details provided by Komatireddy Koteswari, all their family's old land records, Patta Passbooks, and Title Books have disappeared.
* Account No. 451 (in the name of her grandfather, Mannam Ramaiah)
* Account No. 452 (in the name of her father, Mannam Kotesu)
Koteswari alleged that these crucial original documents were stolen by a relative, Mannam Ranga Rao, on the day her grandmother, Mannam Mahalakshmi, passed away. She expressed her anguish, stating that he is harassing them by refusing to return their documents.
Using the Authority of Office...
To seek justice regarding these allegations, Koteswari has filed complaints with numerous government officials over the past few years. However, she expressed sorrow that not a single official has taken any minimal action on these complaints. The officials she complained against include the following:

* VRO Vijaya
* CI Dhachepalli Ranganath
* SIs Feroz Fatima, T. Sriram
"If not a single official is taking action on our complaints, should we understand that all officials are supporting him, or should we assume that they are intentionally causing injustice to my father?" Koteswari questioned.
Furthermore, she stated that false cases have also been registered against their family, the status of which has not been cleared up yet. She unequivocally asserted, "The only reason the officials are not taking action against Mannam Ranga Rao and Choppara Chandrasekhar is... it is understood that they are all collectively causing injustice to my father."
The Lawyer's Plea: Comprehensive Investigation Must Be Conducted
Koteswari is distressed that Mannam Ranga Rao and Choppara Chandrasekhar, who are committing the wrong, are using their authority to proclaim, "No one can do anything to us," and are moving around like respected elders. Meanwhile, she, a lawyer, and her father, who have done no wrong,
are forced to wander around the officials' offences
Lawyer Komatireddy Koteswari is now appealing to the higher authorities to respond, conduct a కంప్రెహేన్సివే
investigation into these allegations, and take appropriate legal action against the responsible parties, Mannam Ranga Rao, Choppara Chandrasekhar, and the officials who neglected the complaints.
