A stir has been created in Uravakonda constituency of Anantapur district after victims lodged a complaint with authorities, alleging that some individuals have forcibly occupied a government assigned plot and created forged documents in Rakatla Thanda village. The complainants are demanding the return of their land and strict legal action against those who created the fake documents.

* Encroached Land: The 'D. Patta' (assigned) plot, Survey No. 308, Plot No. 39 in Rakatla Thanda, granted by the government in 1999 in the name of Ramappanayak's mother, Smt. Rukminibai.
* Accused Individuals: Thippana Nayak and his son-in-law Anji Nayak. The complaint also includes the name of Thippana Nayak's son, Bhaskar Nayak.
According to the details provided by the complainant, Ramappanayak, Thippana Nayak illegally and forcibly built a house on the plot. When questioned about the encroachment, they produced a 'Position Certificate / Patta', claiming it belonged to Survey No. 259, Rakatla Grama Kantham (village communal land).

Ramappanayak verified these documents at the M.R.O. (Mandal Revenue Officer) office and found that the records were not entered anywhere in the government records and were completely fake.
Ramappanayak alleges that Thippana Nayak, Bhaskar Nayak, and Anji Nayak conspired with the malicious intention of occupying Smt. Rukminibai's land and created a fake Position Certificate / Patta.
