Anantapuram District, Uravakonda: A major project aimed at solving the drinking water problem in the Uravakonda constituency is set to commence tomorrow (Wednesday, October 22, 2025). The new pipeline construction works, undertaken at an estimated cost of Rs. 7.40 Crores, will be formally inaugurated by the State Finance Minister, Shri Payyavula Keshav.
Through this project, safe drinking water facility will be made available to every household in several villages, including Havaligi, Palturu, G. Mallapuram, Karakmukkala, Chikalagurki, Undabanda, and Vidapanakal.
Details of the Minister's Program are as follows:
Date: October 22, 2025 (Wednesday)
10:00 AM: Inauguration ceremony in Havaligi village.
2:00 PM: Inauguration ceremony in Palturu village.
The public and people's representatives are expected to participate in large numbers in the inauguration ceremonies of this crucial project, which is set to quench the thirst of the people in the constituency.
