Demand for Immediate Removal of S.K. University Engineering College Principal

AISA Submits Memorandum to Registrar, Citing Irregularities and Harassment

Anantapur (SKU): Key leaders of a student group today met with the Registrar of Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU) and submitted a memorandum demanding the immediate removal of the Principal of the SKU Engineering College.

Speaking on the occasion, Veman stated that the current Principal's actions have severely damaged the academic atmosphere. He alleged that the college is plagued by irregularities, corruption, and a grave neglect of student issues.

The leader further claimed that the Principal's involvement in internal university disputes, bringing personal problems into the university discourse, and instances of harassment against students and employees are deeply concerning. Students, staff, and parents are expressing serious distress over the Principal's lack of interest in the college's development, misuse of authority, and corrupt practices, which are allegedly harming the institution's reputation.

"At a time when the Engineering College should be moving towards development, the Principal's conduct has jeopardized the future of the students," Veman asserted.

The student representatives warned that if the university administration does not take this situation seriously, student movements will intensify. They cautioned that if immediate action is not taken, student and public organizations will launch large-scale protests. AISA State Assistant Secretary Bhimesh and others participated in the program.
