Advocate Raises Concerns Over Law and Order
Advocate Swathi alleged that the attack was a desperate attempt by her rivals to stop her legal battle, fearing their illegal activities would be exposed. She raised several sharp criticisms:
Failure of Administration: She expressed deep concern over the negligence of the Police and Revenue departments, noting that there is no protection even within court premises.
Safety Concerns: She questioned the safety of lawyers traveling from cities like Hyderabad to argue cases. "If something happens to me, what will be the fate of my elderly father and family?" she asked.
Appeal to the Chief Minister: She urged Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to take notice of the incident and ensure protection for her and her family.
Current Status:
The victim has filed a formal complaint at the Singarayakonda Police Station. The police have registered a case and are currently investigating the matter.
