Anantapur District, Vajrakarur: Sarpanch Mallela Jagadish of Chabala village stated that victory over cancer is achievable only through early screening tests.
An awareness program on the theme "Victory Over Cancer - Possible with Screening" was organized on Wednesday at the Health and Wellness Center in Chabala village, which falls under the Vajrakarur Mandal.
Key Points from the Awareness Program
* MPHO Vijay Kumar spoke, emphasizing that to prevent cancer, it is mandatory to undergo tests for breast, oral, and cervical cancer screening. He informed the public that this allows for the cancer to be detected and treated in its initial stage.
* Sarpanch Mallela Jagadish, who attended the event as the Chief Guest, advised the villagers to get cancer tests done as per the doctors' suggestions to conquer the disease. He urged everyone to undergo cancer screening.
