Uravakonda Vegetable Market Team Inspects Tadipatri: Steps Towards Realizing a 25-Year Dream

Uravakonda, October 15, 2025: A significant development regarding the establishment of a new vegetable market in Uravakonda Gram Panchayat took place today. Following the instructions of the State Finance Minister, Sri Payyavula Keshavulu, and his brother, Payyavula Srinivasulu, a delegation from Uravakonda inspected the vegetable market in Tadipatri today.

This inspection was carried out as part of the process to establish a new market, considering the absence of a permanent vegetable market in Uravakonda for the past 25 years. The team studied aspects such as the construction, facilities, and maintenance of the Tadipatri market. Officials plan to use the Tadipatri market model and its land utilization for the planning and construction of the proposed market in Uravakonda.

A 25-Year Dream for the Gram Panchayat:

The lack of a vegetable market has been a major problem for the residents and traders of Uravakonda for the past two and a half decades. It is understood that Finance Minister Payyavula Keshavulu has taken special initiative to resolve this issue. It is hoped that the establishment of the new market will provide better facilities for local farmers and small vendors, and also offer the public an opportunity to purchase vegetables in a clean environment.

Local leaders stated that the new vegetable market establishment will soon take shape.
