Second Karthika Vanabhojanam – 2025 Grandly Held in Raptadu

Anantapuram (Raptadu): The Second Karthika Vanabhojana Mahotsavam – 2025 (Annual Picnic Festival), organized by the Akhila Bharata Kakatiya Employees Service Association (APKSS) to reflect the greatness and unity of the Kamma community, was a resounding success.

The event was held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, amidst a massive gathering at the agricultural farm of the esteemed entrepreneurs, Donadula Nagaseshu and Brothers, located near Hampapuram village on the NH-44 side in Raptadu Mandal, Anantapuram District. The organizers declared that this program marks a new milestone in promoting unity within the Kamma society.

 Prominent Dignitaries Grace the Picnic

The festival was attended by several notable political figures, government officials, and Kamma community leaders.

 * Shri Daggupati Venkata Prasad, MLA of Anantapuram Urban, who attended as the Chief Guest, lauded the achievements of the Kamma brethren in various fields, stating they bring pride to the community.

 * Shri Lakshminarayana, IAS, the Guest of Honour, praised the role of Kamma associations in promoting social integrity and educational development.

 Solidarity Highlights Community Commitment

Shri Velaga Koteshwar Rao, State Secretary of APKSS, explained that the main objective of the event was to bring together Kamma brothers and sisters working in the employment and business sectors onto a single platform.

Prominent figures like Shri Tammineni Ramesh Naidu, Shri Bandaru Sudarshan Naidu, Shri Uppalapati Naganjaneyulu, Shri Koneni Mallikarjuna, Shri Daggupati Soubhagya Sriram, and Shri Sandireddy Venkataramana also addressed the gathering, emphasizing their commitment to social responsibility.

Members of the APKSS, presidents of various Kamma associations, and Kamma community members, including brothers and sisters, attended the Vanabhojanam in huge numbers, contributing to its magnificent success. The organizers announced their commitment to strengthening social unity through similar platforms in the future.
